Product Warranty

For the warranty of the purchased product, please consider the following:
• All products have a commercial warranty from manufacturers between 2 and 10 years.
• To benefit from the warranty, you must keep the tax invoice and/or tax receipt as well as the warranty certificate.
• Loss of the invoice and/or tax receipt as well as the warranty certificate leads to loss of the warranty.
• Partial or total deletion of the serial number (S/N) from the products will result in loss of warranty.
• Products sold on our website benefit from a 2-year legal warranty.
• Some products, such as vaporizers or scales, have a manufacturer's warranty of up to 10 years.
• You will receive another product or your money back within a maximum of 14 calendar days, from the moment the defective product reaches the manufacturer and the defects are discovered.

No guarantee is given :
• Products that show physical or mechanical defects (marks of bumps, scratches), missing seals, the product is not presented in a full box (with the original box), damaged or products that show signs of improper use.
• Products damaged due to improper use or use for purposes other than those for which they were designed, or due to interventions on them by unauthorized persons, are not covered by the warranty.

All products sent under warranty must be accompanied by:
• All related accessories (including the box).
• Original warranty certificate (if present).
• Tax invoice and/or tax receipt.
• The product must be cleaned before sending (there must be no traces of plant use).
• Protected by wrapping in stretch plastic film, with bubbles and in a cardboard box.

All details related to guarantees can be found in GEO no. 140 of December 28, 2021 on certain aspects relating to contracts for the sale of goods, issued by the Government of Romania published in the Official Gazette no. 1245 of December 30, 2021. The provisions of this emergency ordinance apply to contracts concluded after January 1, 2022.
